Founded in 2014, Bali Swim was built around a simple idea: emerging swimwear brands deserved lower minimums, hands-on guidance and room to grow. Our core production facility runs on solar power, and 95% of our fabric library uses recycled materials.

OEKO-TEX® inks

Materials and production

We offer lower-impact material options, including Italian Carvico ECONYL® and American REPREVE® recycled fabrics. Fabric prints use OEKO-TEX® certified eco inks and are printed in-house, cutting unnecessary shipping. Where possible, we also make labels and packaging in-house, with biodegradable hygiene liners and tapioca packaging bags available.

Donations and community

A portion of every bikini, design and Starter Kit ordered with us supports grassroots organizations working across environmental protection, women’s education and community care. We contribute directly from our profits to ROLE Foundation and BALI WISE.

Working conditions

Our team receives above-award wages, health insurance for staff and their families, paid annual benefits and profit sharing. Standard working hours remain below 40 hours per week, overtime is voluntary and paid, and ongoing training gives our team room to keep learning and growing.
